Push Brew Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All Push Brew coffee syrups are handcrafted in small batches.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

During high-volume periods, pop-ups, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Shipping method selected

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Carriers

We currently ship orders using:

  • USPS

  • UPS (when applicable)

Carrier selection may vary based on order size and destination.


Heat & Weather Disclaimer (Important for Syrups)

Push Brew coffee syrups are food products and may be exposed to temperature changes during shipping.

While we package orders with care, we are not responsible for heat-related changes that may occur during transit once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

We recommend bringing syrups indoors promptly upon delivery.


Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Push Brew is not responsible for:

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If your package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at coffee@pushbrew.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
