Push Brew Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all Push Brew coffee syrups are considered food items. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used syrup products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding any issues with your order.

To request assistance, please email us at coffee@pushbrew.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging


Damages, Defects, & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Leaking

  • Defective

  • Or you receive the wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used food products, including coffee syrups

  • Perishable goods

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on syrup products once they have left our facility unless there is a verified issue with the order.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an item qualifies for a replacement due to damage or error, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.


European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item:

  • Is unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

Opened food items are not eligible for return under this policy.


Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank
